The 'OK Tow' tee is a bit of a laugh,  the 'OK' upside down is to simulate a bad day on the track with the universal 'TOW' triangle on top. 

'OK' signs are  placed on the road in a rally if you've crashed or broken down to let the next team know you're OK.
